The staff at Matlock Storage have been pleasant and very helpful from first contact to moving day. I needed to store some furniture and possessions for my son who is due home from Australia next year, after the sale of my house. Good communication throughout and trolleys available for heavy stuff on moving day.Would recommend without hesitation.

First time we have used storage . They have been really helpful and accomodating of our prolonged need for storage due to unreliable builders timescales. Very quick to get back to us with requests and easy access to unit when needed. Van has been available when needed.

I highly recommend this business. I used them for 3 months this summer and the staff were always helpful, kind and courteous.I even forgot my padlock keys on moving out day and Tracy expertly welded the bolt cutters for me otherwise it would have been a very expensive round trip.I'd use them again in an instant.

A quick phone call and we got a visit time. It was ready for us to offload and we were in and out in fifteen minutes. What more can you want. Good secure storage unit.

Really helpful staff (even given a cuppa as it was taking us so long to unload! Choice of storage spaces according to size needed. Able to buy locks for storage door and additional boxes if needed. Optional van availability to help with move. Ideal.

We have a unit here on a long term rental. The unit is dry and secure, there's plenty of parking. All staff are fantastic, really friendly, polite and professional and go out of their way to help in any way they can. There are trolleys available to use at no extra cost. They store any deliveries that arrive for us when we're not there which is really useful as it saves a lot of time we would otherwise have to spend sat there waiting for deliveries to arrive. It's really good value for money. Can't recommend it enough.

I live in Buxton and travel to Matlock due to the storage facility been excellent. There is nothing in my local area to the standard of Matlock storage. The storage is dry and secure, easy to park and load and unload and the price is competitive. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. I would never hesitate to recommend. Very happy with my choice.

Really very pleased with this storage facility, it is very clean, dry and has good access and, it is very secure. The staff are really very helpful and nice to deal with, and explain the contract details well. We would definately use again and recommend Matlock Self Storage to others.

Great value and a good range of units to accommodate all your requirements, Staff very polite and always have time for a chat but not overpowering, plenty of shifters and lifters around to move your goods in and out. Deffo worth 5 stars

We are a Self Storage Facility based in Hyde who were asked to pick up contents of a unit from Matlock. Matlock Storage could not have been more helpful even though the customer was no longer using them. If they are like this with us imagine what they are like with their direct customers.
