Response from the owner:Hi Julie, Thankyou so much for your lovely review. We're really pleased to hear that you found our staff so lovely and that nothing was ever too much trouble. We really do pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable and always happy to help, so your kind words mean a lot to the whole team. We are also pleased that you found your unit clean and well maintained. We're just sorry we didn't quite earn that 5th star! We're sorry though that the access arrangements for your unit weren't as convenient as you would have liked. Thank you again for choosing Matlock Storage, we truly appreciate your custom and honest feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards Amanda
